تصميم المحادثة هو في طليعة التفاعل بين الإنسان والحاسوب، خاصة مع ظهور الذكاء الاصطناعي (AI). تستكشف هذه الدراسة التكامل بين تصميم المحادثة والذكاء الاصطناعي في السياق اللبناني، وتقدم رؤى من خبراء في هذا المجال، باستخدام المقابلات النوعية والتحليل. يحدد البحث المواضيع الرئيسة في اعتماد تصميم المحادثة وتحدياته وآفاقه المستقبلية في لبنان. تسلط النتائج الضوء على أهمية الفروق الثقافية، والبنية التحتية التكنولوجية، والتصميم الذي يركز على المستخدم.

- Abstract: Conversational design is at the forefront of human-computer interaction, particularly with the advent of Artificial Intelligence (AI). This study explores the integration of conversational design and AI within the Lebanese context, providing insights from experts in the field. Using qualitative interviews and thematic analysis, the research identifies key themes in the adoption, challenges, and future prospects of conversational design in Lebanon. Findings highlight the importance of cultural nuances, technological infrastructure, and user-centric design.
