تعالج هذه الدراسة الاستكشافية حالة مراهق يعاني من إعاقة ذهنية خفيفة، وتهدف إلى فهم كيفية إسهام الانخراط الأسري في مرافقة الإعاقة ودعمها في تعزيز رفاهه النفسي.
تعتمد الدراسة على مقاربة إكلينيكية استندت إلى المقابلة شبه الموجّهة، واستخدام اختبارين إسقاطيين هما: اختبار الشجرة، واختبار رسم الأسرة، بالإضافة إلى مقياس روزنبرغ لتقدير الذات.
تظهر النتائج عن الدور المحوري للدعم الأسري في تعزيز النمو النفسي، وتحسين العلاقات الأسرية، وتقوية تقدير الذات لدى المراهق.
وتؤكد هذه النتائج أهمية الانخراط الأسري في تعزيز الرفاه النفسي لدى المراهقين ذوي الإعاقة الذهنية الخفيفة.

RÉSUMÉ:
L’étude exploratoire examine le cas d’un adolescent ayant une déficience intellectuelle légère et vise à comprendre comment l’engagement familial dans l’accompagnement de la déficience contribue à son bien-être psychologique. L’étude s’appuie sur une approche clinique adoptant l’entretien semi-directif, deux tests projectifs: le test de l’arbre - le test du dessin de la famille et l’échelle d’estime de soi de Rosenberg.
Les résultats révèlent le rôle crucial du soutien familial dans le développement psychologique, l’amélioration des relations familiales et le renforcement de l’estime de soi de l’adolescent. Ces constats mettent en lumière l'importance de l’engagement familial dans la promotion du bien-être psychologique de l’adolescent ayant une déficience intellectuelle légère.

ABSTRACT:
This exploratory study examines the case of an adolescent with a mild intellectual disability and aims to understand how family involvement in supporting the disability contributes to the adolescent’s psychological well-being. The study is based on a clinical approach using a semi-structured interview, two projective tests: the Tree Test - the Family Drawing Test and the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale. The findings highlight the crucial role of family support in promoting psychological development, improving family relationships and strengthening the adolescent’s self-esteem. These results underscore the importance of family involvement in fostering the psychological well-being of adolescents with mild intellectual disabilities.

* Dr Viviana Sami Lahoud: chercheuse et universitaire libanaise. Elle enseigne à la Faculté des Lettres et des Sciences humaines de l’Université Libanaise. Titulaire d’un doctorat en psychologie, sa thèse a porté sur: «les causes des troubles psychologiques chez les conscrits du service militaire au Liban – étude de terrain menée dans un centre de recrutement à Beyrouth (camp de Werwar)», sous la direction du Pr. Paula Kallas-Kazzi. Spécialisée en psychologie clinique, en psychothérapie de l'enfant et de l'adolescent, en éducation spécialisée et en neuropsychologie, et formée à la pédagogie Montessori ainsi qu’à la ludopédagogie. Elle est membre du comité des psychologues au Liban.
* Dr. Viviana Sami Lahoud: A Lebanese researcher and academic. She lectures at the Faculty of Letters and Human Sciences, Lebanese University. She holds a PhD in Psychology, and her dissertation focused on the causes of psychological disorders among conscripts in the Lebanese military: a field study conducted at a recruitment center in Beirut (Werwar Camp), supervised by Professor Paula Kallas-Kazzi. She specializes in clinical psychology, child and adolescent psychotherapy, specializing in special education and neuropsychology, and is trained in Montessori Pedagogy and Educational Play (Ludopedagogy). She is also a member of the committee of Psychologists in Lebanon.
