من الذاكرة الفرديّة إلى المرونة الجماعيّة:
السّير الذاتية وإعادة بناء الرابط الاجتماعي في لبنان ما بعد الأزمات
From Individual Memory to Collective Resilience:
تتجاوز الذاكرة بُعدها النفسي لتُصبح آلية اجتماعيّة أساسيّة في إعادة بناء الهويّة والمرونة داخل المجتمعات التي مرّت بالأزمات. بالاستناد إلى مقاربةٍ سوسيولوجية- نفسية ومنهجٍ نوعيٍّ قائم على تحليل السّير الذاتية، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى فهم كيف تتحوّل التجربة الفرديّة إلى ذاكرةٍ جماعيّةٍ تُعيد إنتاج المعنى، وتُعزّز التماسك الاجتماعي في لبنان ما بعد الحرب والانهيار الاقتصادي. وتُظهر نتائج تحليل قصص الحياة لأشخاصٍ عاشوا هذه الأحداث، أنّ السّرد يشكّل ممارسة علاجيّة وتمكينيّة تُسهم في استعادة الرابط بين الفرد والمجتمع.
تبيّن نتائج الدراسة أنّ الذاكرة، عندما تُقارب بشكلٍ نقدي، يمكن أن تصبح قوة رمزية لإعادة البناء وتثبيت الهوية، مع تجنّب استغلالها السياسي، وتشجيع مبادرات مدنية مستدامة تُعزّز التماسك الاجتماعي في لبنان.

- Résumé:
La mémoire, au-delà de sa dimension psychologique, se présente comme un mécanisme social essentiel à la reconstruction de l’identité et de la résilience dans les sociétés marquées par les crises. S’appuyant sur une approche socio-psychologique et une méthodologie qualitative fondée sur les récits de vie, cette étude cherche à comprendre comment l’expérience individuelle se transforme en mémoire collective capable de redonner sens et de renforcer la cohésion sociale dans le Liban post-guerre et post-effondrement économique. L’analyse des histoires de vie de personnes ayant traversé ces événements révèle que le récit agit comme une pratique de guérison et d’autonomisation, permettant la réappropriation du lien entre l’individu et la communauté. Les résultats montrent que la mémoire, lorsqu’elle est abordée de manière critique, peut devenir une force symbolique de reconstruction et d’identité, évitant les dérives d’instrumentalisation politique et encourageant des initiatives citoyennes durables pour la cohésion sociale au Liban.

Beyond its psychological dimension, memory appears as a social mechanism essential to the reconstruction of identity and resilience in societies affected by crises. Based on a socio-psychological approach and a qualitative narrative methodology, this study seeks to understand how individual experience transforms into collective memory capable of restoring meaning and strengthening social cohesion in post-war and post-collapse Lebanon. The analysis of life stories from individuals who lived through these events reveals that storytelling acts as a process of healing and empowerment, enabling the re-appropriation of the bond between the individual and the community. The findings show that memory, when approached critically, can become a symbolic force of reconstruction and identity, avoiding political instrumentalization and fostering sustainable civic initiatives that reinforce social cohesion in Lebanon.

* Marie-Rose Khalil Khatchadourian: est chercheuse libanaise spécialisée en développement social et économique. Titulaire de plusieurs maîtrises en développement, gestion de projets et accompagnement psychosocial, elle est actuellement responsable du département social au sein de Caritas Liban. Ses travaux portent sur la relation entre mémoire individuelle et collective, ainsi que sur le rôle des récits de vie dans la construction de la résilience et de l’identité dans les sociétés post-crise.
* Marie-Rose Khalil Khatchadourian: is a Lebanese researcher specializing in social and economic development. She holds multiple master’s degrees in development, project management, and psychosocial counseling. She currently serves as Head of the Social Department at Caritas Lebanon, overseeing programs that promote individual and community empowerment in crisis contexts. Her research interests focus on the relationship between individual and collective memory and the role of life narratives in shaping resilience and identity in post-conflict societies.
