المنهج الشمولي أو الكلّي
في العلاج النفسي للاضطرابات العقليّة والنفسيّة
الاضطرابات النفسيّة هي حالات مزمنة ناتجة عن تفاعل الخلفيّة الوراثيّة، والعوامل النفسيّة والبيئيّة. حتى مع العلاج طويل الأمد، من المحتمل أن تكون المظاهر دون المرضية، موجودة، وتشكّل عامل خطر يعجّل بحدوث الانتكاسات المتكررة.
أُجريت هذه الدراسة التداخلية على عينة من المرضى الذين تمّ تشخيص إصابتهم بالمرض ويخضعون للعلاج. وركّزت على الأعراض التي تنبئ بحدوث الانتكاسة، من أجل الوقاية منها، باستخدام نهج جماعي علاجي مستوحى من الطريقة الشمولية، مع تكامل مأمول مستقبلًا لجميع الأساليب العلاجية.
أظهرت النتائج تحسنًا في الوعي الذاتي، والحاجة إلى العلاج، واختلافًا في التعامل مع المواقف و/أو الأشخاص الذين تم التواصل معهم، وتحسنًا في المزاج، وانخفاضًا في السلوكيات غير القادرة على التكيف، وتعبيرًا أفضل عن المشاعر، وتبادلًا مثمرًا للأفكار، وتطورًا إيجابيًّا إلى حدّ ما، حتى لو تمّ إجراء عدد محدود من الجلسات، نظرًا إلى قصر مدة إقامة بعض المرضى الذين يغادرون المستشفى، ولا يمكنهم بالتالي، مواصلة العلاج.

- Résumé:
Les maladies psychiatriques sont des affections chroniques qui résultent de l’interaction d’un terrain génétique et de facteurs psychologiques et environnementaux. Même avec le maintien d’un traitement médicamenteux à long terme, les manifestations subsyndromales sont susceptibles d’être présentes et constituent un facteur de risque précipitant la survenue de récidives ou rechutes récurrentes.
Notre étude interventionnelle et brève a été menée auprès d’un échantillon de patients diagnostiqués et sous traitement. Le travail a visé les symptômes à caractère hautement prédictif de rechutes afin de les prévenir, et cela à travers une prise en charge thérapeutique groupale s’inspirant de la Méthode Holistique, toujours dans l’esprit d’une complémentarité future espérée de toutes les approches thérapeutiques.
Les résultats obtenus ont montré une meilleure prise de conscience de soi et de la nécessité de se faire traiter, une différence en l’abord de situations et/ou de personnes en contact, une amélioration au niveau de l’humeur, une réduction des comportements inadaptés, une expression de l’affect amplement favorisée, un échange fructueux, une évolution plutôt favorable même si à travers un nombre restreint de séances, vu le court séjour de quelques patients qui quittent l’hôpital et ne peuvent par conséquent continuer la thérapie.

- Abstract:
Psychiatric disorders are chronic conditions resulting from the interaction of a genetic background and psychological and environmental factors. Even with long-term treatment, subsyndromal manifestations are likely to be present and constitute a risk factor precipitating the occurrence of recurrent relapses.
Our brief interventional study was conducted with a sample of diagnosed patients undergoing treatment. It focused on symptoms that are highly predictive of relapse, in order to prevent them, using a therapeutic group approach inspired by the Holistic Method, with a hoped-for future complementarity of all therapeutic approaches.
The results obtained showed a better self-awareness and the need for treatment, a difference in approaching situations and/or people in contact, an improvement in mood, a reduction in maladaptive behaviours, a better expression of affect, a fruitful exchange of ideas, a rather favourable evolution, even if a limited number of sessions were done, given the short stay of some patients who leave the hospital and cannot therefore continue the therapy.
