فتح كنوز المخطوطات العربيّة:
من التاريخ إلى اللغويَّات وما بعدها
تُعدّ المخطوطات الموجودة في المكتبات القديمة حول العالم، مصدرًا قيّمًا وغنيًّا للمعرفة التّاريخيّة، والثقافيّة، والأكاديميّة. يمكن أن تختلف هذه المخطوطات في المحتوى واللغة والعمر، لكنّها تشترك في خاصيّة مشتركة؛ فهي نصوص مكتوبة بخطّ اليد على موادّ مثال الرقّ أو الورق أو موادّ أخرى. وقد أسرت المخطوطات والوثائق العربيّة بالخطّ العربيّ العلماء من مختلف التخصّصات الأكاديميّة، لكونها تمثّل جعبة إرث لا تُقدَّر بثمن، بالنظر إلى المعرفة التاريخيّة، والثقافيّة، والفكريّة التي تكتنفها، ولتوفيرها نافذة فريدة لتطوير اللغة العربيّة، ومساحة غنيّة للتراث الفكريّ في العالم العربيّ.
نستكشف في هذه الدراسة، الأسباب المتعدّدة الأوجه الكامنة وراء البحث عن المخطوطات العربيّة ودراستها بشغف من قبل المجتمع الأكاديميّ. كما نسلّط الضوء على الآثار التي يمكن أن يتركها هذا البحث بالتالي، على جمهور عالميّ، مع التركيز على التراث المشترك للبشريّة.

- Abstract:
Manuscripts found in old libraries around the world are a valuable and rich source of historical, cultural, and academic knowledge. These manuscripts can vary in content, language, and age, but they share a common characteristic: they are handwritten texts on materials such as parchment, vellum, paper, or other materials. Arabic manuscripts and documents in the Arabic script, have captivated scholars from various academic disciplines. They serve as invaluable repositories of historical, cultural, and intellectual knowledge, providing a unique window into the development of the Arabic language and the rich landscape of the Arab world's intellectual heritage. Here, we explore the multifaceted reasons why Arabic manuscripts are sought after and studied with great enthusiasm by the academic community. We also highlight the broader implications of this research for a global audience, emphasizing the shared heritage of humankind.
